Hi, I’m Tina,
Thank you for visiting my website, i hope you find what you are looking for.
I am a clinical dietician with a masters in public health focused on health behavior education. I have more than 20 years of clinical experience, 15 of which in Dubai.
I currently see clients at Cooper Health Clinics in J3 Mall and DNA Health in Jumeirah AL Qasr Hotel in Dubai, UAE and have been on MBC1 Sabah el Kheir ya Arab for few years discussing parenting nutrition and positive food talk, check out some of my videos .
I have also taken a new role recently as adjunct instructor of Human Nutrition and Food science at the Abu Dhabi University, College of Health Sciences and am enjoying thoroughly being able to balance between the clinical, the media and the academia work.

At a personal level, those of you who follow me on instagram, know i I am a mom of 2 (Sofia and Sandro) living in Dubai and also know that i loveee Yoga, and been practicing for the longest time; i am obsessed with neat, healthy and fun lunchboxes and a little secret i don't share much about: i live for home organizing, hosting dinners and drinks and i recently found a new passion in preparing healthy kids birthday buffets, drop me a line if you wish to have a fun themed healthy buffet for your child's brithday party!
But my friends, as you know, life is far from perfect and especially lately for me: In july 2019 i was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent chemotherapy and lumpectomy in Beirut; it was a rocky ride but i am grateful to be healed today. I am on the road to full recovery as i FINALLY launch this wesbite that has been dragging in my to do list for few years now, but there is no better time for a fresh brand new start!
I will be sharing my story in much more details very soon Inshallah, to give hope, inspire and spread awareness around Breast Cancer prevention and treatement.
