Tina was introduced to us by Tennis Project Services academy. She gave to our son, Henri, very valuable information on a balanced diet, what and how often a young tennis player who practises several hours a day should eat. By following Tina's program, Henri learned to eat more healthier, was able to loose fat and increase muscle mass. Most importantly, after six months he has maintained the results achieved during the program. He is also performing much better on the tennis court.
