The Anti-inflammatory Bolognese
Why is this Recipe anti-inflammatory?
A few replacements make a big difference:
Instead of Processed veg oils I used olive oil
Instead of Regular mince I used grass fed beef
Instead of Plain onion I used frozen chopped veggies: onion+garlic+celery+capsicum+carrot
Instead of Regular pasta I used lentil fusilli
Instead of Water I used bone broth
- Both are bolgnese
- Both are easy
- Both are kids approved (hence the empty plate)
But you’ve just upgraded a staple and sneaked goodness for the family...you’re welcome!
This pasta bolognese is:
- anti inflammatory
- high in fibers
- has less white flour
- has more amino acids and collagen
- is totally gut healing for better digestion (especially for picky eaters)
